Your Design We Produce
Our varieties product include fruit juices, coconut water, coconut milk, sport drink, functional drink and energy drink. We offer beverages with your private label both shrink film or printed can. All products are standard formula and tailored in your tastes, formulas and packaging designs to meet each individual customer’s specific requirements to your satisfaction.
Our factory is ideally located in Suan Phueng District of Ratchaburi Province, close to the source of raw materials and provides convenient transportation to Bangkok Port or Laemchabang Port, for international export shipments. The modern factory is fully equipped with high-performance machinery, Research & Development team, and Quality Control unit, to ensure compliance with all the relevant rules and regulations.
Your Design We Produce
Within and nearby the factory in Ratchaburi, the areas are well known for growing coconut and many other tropical fruits. This is where we source our raw materials from quality-approved local farmers. As our best selling products are coconut water and coconut milk, we carefully select aromatic young coconuts and mature coconut meat to be used in our production. The coconuts we use are harvested at the right time to extract the water, then chilled during transportation and delivered to our factory within hours of the harvest. Other well known tropical fruits from Thailand in the world market such as pineapples, mangoes, watermelons, or lychees etc. are also available in the neighboring fruit orchards in many varieties for various purposes.
Looking inside our factory production line, we are fully equipped with the latest industry’s top performance machinery to produce the highest quality products for our customers. Our current Filler and Seamer can produce up to 8 containers per day. The latest addition, Carbonated line, can turn out an additional 800 cans per minute. We use the Retort system to make our products last up to 24 months. The in-house Research and Development team is also available to ensure that all products are tailored in tastes, formulas and packaging designs to meet your specifications.
